About the role:
- Private treaty M&A (both buy-side and sell-side)
- Franchising matters and general commercial advisory
- Corporate governance and director duties
- Business structuring and shareholder arrangements
- IP tech and media commercial contracts
- Supply distribution and procurement agreements
The ideal candidate:
- Experience in corporate/commercial law (M&A shareholder agreements commercial contracts)
- Strong client-facing and drafting skills
- Critical thinking and a proactive team-first attitude
- Bonus: experience with PPSR franchising and IP/IT matters
