Lead HR strategies and processes across the organization
Design and manage recruitment onboarding and offboarding processes
Oversee payroll coordination compliance and training
Promote a positive company culture and resolve employee relations issues
Develop and maintain performance management and staff development programs
Manage employee benefits legal compliance and HR policies
Collaborate with executives payroll/accounting teams and department managers
Monitor and report on HR metrics to support business decisions
Recommend and implement improvements in HR operations
Qualifications
68 years of experience in HR or related fields
Proven HR management or senior HR professional experience
Experience in China manufacturing environments required
Experience in virtual multi-location settings preferred
Strong knowledge of labor laws HR systems and best practices
Skilled in recruitment performance management and training
