Job Overview
Under the general supervision of the Director of Auxiliary Financial Services the incumbent will independently perform a full range of professional accounting work. Apply thorough knowledge of theories principles and practices of the accounting profession including classifying examining and analyzing financial transactions. This position will examine documents for conformance to establish policies and procedures and generally accepted accounting standards. Will also identify actual or potential problems and recommend corrective action. The incumbent will provide consultative services to campus administrators and staff in resolving accounting problems and/or development of new policies and procedures.

Pay Benefits and Work Schedule
Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $4909 - $7900 per month
CSU Classification Salary Range: $4909 - $3749 per month
Salary is commensurate with the background and experience of the individual selected.
This position is eligible for a broad range of benefits including medical dental vision life and disability insurances retirement (CalPERS) tuition waiver vacation and sick leave. In addition 14 paid holidays are offered each year; 13 scheduled on specific days and a Personal Holiday that may be taken any time during the year.
