TITLE: Director of Corporate Technology
DUTIES: Responsible for leading the planning implementation and maintenance of corporate applications and technology focused on internal business groups and/or property and will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and optimization of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology within our organization. Responsible for the functional and technical support of systems related to enterprise functions in addition to focusing on leveraging RPA to automate repetitive and rule-based tasks streamline processes and improve overall efficiency. Develop and implement a comprehensive RPA strategy aligned with the organizations strategic objectives. Drives efficiencies around technology automation and deployment. Leads team of automation and deployment engineers. Maintains expertise on a wide variety of technology tools and processes that could contribute to teams successful operation. Identify and evaluate potential RPA opportunities across various departments to automate repetitive rule-based tasks. Sets department standards and strategic direction and roadmaps. Ensures projects are delivered in alignment with MGMRI policy and procedure along with on-time delivery based on standards and directs teams as required for successful implementations and operational support. Department P&L responsibility. Valued leader and consultant to business units within MGMRI. Leads visionary roadmap and strategic projects to successful completion. Maintains strong business relationships with IT partners and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met or exceeded. Lead the implementation and management of solutions including process analysis design development testing and deployment. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product implementation cost savings and process efficiency. Collaborates with business stakeholders direct reports property and IT leadership to execute strategic initiatives for the department and drive ongoing process optimization and innovation through the use of RPA technology. Collaborate with business leaders and IT stakeholders to gather requirements address concerns and ensure successful adoption of products. Hybrid work permitted 3 days per week within a reasonable commuting distance of Las Vegas Nevada.
SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week Monday through Friday
SALARY: $173555 per year

REQUIREMENTS: At least a bachelors degree in computer science Managing Information Technology or related field of study and four (4) years of experience as a RPA Solution Arch RPA UiPath Arch RPA UiPath Solution Arch RPA Process Arch Bus. System Analyst Sr Bus Analyst/ Team Lead Bus. Analyst Soft Eng or related role where experience was gained. Employer will also accept six (6) years of experience as a RPA Solution Arch RPA UiPath Arch RPA UiPath Solution Arch RPA Process Arch Bus. System Analyst Sr Bus Analyst/ Team Lead Bus. Analyst Soft Eng or related role where experience was gained in lieu of a degree. Also requires experience in the following:
1 year of experience in VDI management.
1 year of experience in Desktop admin and architecture management.
2 years of experience in Department P&L and budget creation and management.
1 year of experience in Microsoft SCCM SCOM and Intune.
2 years of experience in IT Operations systems support and infrastructure such as cloud vs on-prem.
2 years of experience with operations managing cloud and on-prem applications; and
1 year of experience in ITIL framework for service management.
