We are seeking a talented individual to join our Medical RFP Center of Excellence (COE) Project Manager. This role will be based in Jacksonville Florida. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
- Manage the development release summarization and analysis of initial Medical RFPs.
- Be accountable for local client team satisfaction with the COEs support.
- Manage the RFP projects assigned and reach out to COE colleagues as necessary.
- Mentor COE analysts via providing guidance and insight.
- Review data analyses conducted by junior staff and review responses from carriers/TPAs .
- Review analyses using Excel with specialization in certain areas such as disruption and summarization of financial proposals.
- Draft and review presentations to summarize findings and recommend decisions or solutions.
What you need to have:
- BA/BS degree
- Minimum 5 years experience with health and benefits consulting experience.
- Client management experience
- Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeWord Excel and PowerPoint.
