Job Description
1. Responsible for development of Products including Global Products for General Industry Chemical New Technologies and Other Business Segments.
2. Develop & Localize new products like End suction pumps Split case Pumps multistage pumps horizontally or vertically mounted to address applications from above mentioned industries with help of other functions.
3. Owner of Product development activity & must drive Project to ensure activities are completed on time meeting all requirements including cost quality & performance targets to support project plans & project execution.
4. Serve as Primary product expert for assigned products Independently & Provide product management related support for all departments mainly TSS / Sales Production QM Customer Service and Purchase.
5. Prepare & evaluate product variable cost and highlight actions to maintain margins.
6. Knowledge of various industry standards like ISO 2858/5199 EN799 HIS ASME
7. For Selection portals & Digital platforms provide support & technical inputs for introducing new products or maintaining existing ones.
technical training to Sales and have close Interaction with Vendors/Suppliers to resolve product specification queries.
9. Prepare & release product documents and literature during product release.
10. Team management - Assign work to team members monitor performance through regular reviews render support to keep assigned projects on track. Plan for the development and growth of reporting team.
Primary location for this position will be Pimpri. However the position requires travelling to other KSB Factories at Sinnar Kesurdi etc. to ensure close coordination and timely completion of projects involving other plants.
