You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs Transformation Project Manager you will play a vital role in driving strategic projects. Youll use your expertise to guide projects from inception to completion. Your insight and hands-on project management will ensure our clients achieve their business outcomes efficiently.
What will you do
Lead the development and management of comprehensive project plans.
Collaborate with clients to scope analyze and define both business and technical requirements.
Contribute to robust program governance and stakeholder management.
Oversee project delivery for IT encompassing monitoring reporting and adapting an agile way of working (e.g. quarterly planning sprint cadences scrum-of-scrums).
Coordinate contributions from various teams in an end-to-end delivery setting.
Handle capacity planning and resource management effectively.
Assist with financial management including budget oversight and business case development.
Develop high-quality reports and presentations to communicate progress and results clearly.
Your skills & qualifications
3 years of experience in a project-based environment with a strong understanding of both technical & business requirements
a few years of experience within the financial services sector
Familiar with methodologies such asPMP PRINCE2 waterfall or Agile
Experience in change management or digital transformation
Leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders
Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello MS Project)
Ability to communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders
Expertise in delivering on time within budget and to specification
A can-do attitudecomfortable working with ambiguous requirements and turning them into tangible results
Fluency in Dutch or French plus English
