Various Working Location: Central North South East West
About the Role:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Proactively follow-up on customer queries & needs
- Achieve the agreed standards on the sales floor including fitting room till and service zone at all times
- Maximize sales through effective management of departmental stock and size availability to facilitate layout planning
- General store operations including visual merchandising managing inventory stock take and general house keeping
- Keeping abreast of latest sports news (or trends in fashion) in order to possess in-depth product knowledge and communicate to customers effectively
- Make use of the product knowledge to suggest products and promote product benefits to customers in order to drive sales
- Develop strong connections with customer to generate loyal customers and repeat transactions
- Any other ad-hoc duties given by Supervisor or SIC
Job Requirement:
- Local and PR candidates preferred.
- Past experience in the sports or apparel industry is a plus.
- Able to effectively communicate in verbal and written English.
- Pleasant personality and professional conduct with the ability to work under pressure.
- Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Willing to work according to the retail hours on weekends as well as on public holidays.
