A leading IT services company with strong corporate backing seeks a specialized systems engineer for enterprise password management solutions. As part of our 16-member team youll manage critical security infrastructure using cutting-edge CyberArk technologies while contributing to continuous service improvement and business growth.
Your Technical Responsibilities:
- Managing complete end-to-end service delivery including maintenance support patch management and lifecycle operations
- Ensuring reliable and secure operation of enterprise password management solutions with primary focus on CyberArk platforms
- Providing 2nd level support for incident resolution while advising both internal and external customers on best practices
- Implementing IT security policies comprehensively including vulnerability management password policy compliance and security standards adherence
- Contributing actively to service solution enhancement through innovative ideas for optimization and portfolio expansion
- Maintaining seamless operation of service solutions in collaboration with team members
Your Professional Background:
- Completed technical education IT-focused degree or equivalent qualification
- Multiple years of practical IT experience particularly with Windows and Linux systems plus scripting capabilities
- Support-oriented expertise with application management according to ITIL standards and proven experience in 2nd and 3rd level support troubleshooting
- Minimum one year of password management experience preferably with CyberArk or similar privileged access management solutions ideally with relevant certifications
- Strong communication abilities team-oriented approach and confident interaction with colleagues and customers
- Availability for regular day shifts and on-call duties including special emergency response services
- Proficient German language skills (minimum B1 level)
