Job Responsibility:-
Looking for a candidate for the role of HR Business Partner - Rank Manager in the field of Human resources HR lifecycle management
1. Manage onboarding and quality of hires
2 Ensure Compliances with all Labour Laws Liasoning with Statutory Authorities
monthly Half Yearly & Yearly compliance requirements of Clients.
4. Handling site statutory issues and compliance documents sent to the unit manager and clients every month for monthly billing.
5. Audit all sites as required by the client.
6. Manage minim wages implementation at all client sites
7. Employee engagement and handling employee grievance
Be part of regional leadership and having duel reporting to Regional Ops head and HR Head at BLR
Education: Must be a graduate with MBA in HR or Law is preferred.
Age : Must not exceed 42 Years
Position based ar Gurgaon or Noida . The need to manage a team in future.
