Job Overview:

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and visionary General Manager to lead our Tech Certification Courses division.
The GM will oversee a sales team of 25-30 professionals ensuring the smooth operation of the division and driving its growth in alignment with our strategic goals. This role requires a strategic leader with a passion for education a track record of effective team management and a commitment to innovative learning solutions. The GM will work closely with the CEO and grow alongside the company s expanding ecosystem .

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to achieve divisional goals and objectives.
Identify new growth opportunities in the AI upskilling market .
2. Team Management
Recruit train and lead a high-performing team of 25-30 professionals .
Foster a positive collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork growth and professional development .
3. Curriculum Development
Partner with subject matter experts to design and enhance AI upskilling courses .
Ensure course offerings align with industry standards and meet market demand .
4. Operational Efficiency
Oversee daily operations to ensure optimal team performance .
Implement streamlined processes for efficient course delivery and service .
5. Student Success
Monitor student progress and satisfaction proactively enhancing the learning experience .
Address student concerns and offer guidance to ensure their success .
6. Quality Assurance
Continuously improve the quality of sales and educational content through regular assessments .
Ensure adherence to relevant accreditation standards and regulations .
7. Market Analysis
Stay informed on industry trends competitors and market developments .
Leverage market insights to fine-tune course offerings and improve decision-making .

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Education Business Administration or related field (Master s degree preferred) .
5 years of proven leadership experience in educational management .
In-depth understanding of Certification Courses and the education industry .
Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills .
Strong ability to drive results and meet targets .
Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach .
Experience in budgeting and financial management .
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities .
