Description
We are seeking a dynamic Oracle Flexcube Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will focus on providing specialized support in our Banking Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The selected candidate will work closely with various teams to enhance the implementation and customization of Oracle Flexcube solutions contributing to efficient banking management reporting. Responsibilities
- Provide consultation on Oracle Flexcube implementations and support projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design solutions tailored to their banking needs.
- Conduct system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure successful deployment.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Flexcube applications.
- Help clients optimize their banking processes by advising on best practices and system enhancements.
- Prepare documentation for project deliverables and maintain accurate records of the consulting process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and Oracle Flexcube advancements to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
- Educational background in any field.
- Proven experience in Oracle Flexcube or similar banking software.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
- Knowledge of BFSI industry operations and challenges.
- Willingness to work in a part-time capacity and manage flexible working hours.
