We're looking for a seasoned video production specialist to elevate our visual storytelling and drive impactful brand messaging across digital platforms.
As our Motion Design Lead you will lead the end-to-end production of high-impact videos that
communicate our brand product value and customer success stories. From creative concept development to final editing you’ll be the visual voice of the brand ensuring consistency clarity and creativity across all video assets.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Direction & Production: Own the entire video production lifecycle—from concept to shoot to post-production.
Video Editing: Edit and finalize engaging videos using industry-standard tools (e.g. Adobe
Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro DaVinci Resolve).
Scriptwriting: Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling scripts for product explainer
videos customer testimonials digital ads webinars etc.
Cinematography: Lead and coordinate shoots (remote or onsite) ensuring high-quality footage
aligned with brand tone.
Motion Design & Animation: Design and animate dynamic graphics and explainer visuals using
tools like After Effects.
Digital Marketing Integration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video content
tailored for social media landing pages YouTube campaigns etc.
Brand Storytelling: Create visually engaging narratives that communicate the essence of our brand and solutions.
Project Management: Manage timelines equipment resources and external vendors (if any) to
meet production deadlines.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 years of proven experience in video production preferably in a SaaS tech or product-based environment.
Expertise in video editing motion graphics scriptwriting and video direction.
eExperience using AI (Dall-E Renderforest Animaker Vyond or other)
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and how video content supports brand
strategy and growth.
Hands-on experience with professional camera equipment lighting and sound.
Deep knowledge of post-production workflows color grading and sound design.
Creative detail-oriented and organized with excellent storytelling instincts.
Portfolio/reel showcasing a variety of professional video projects.
Ability to work independently in a remote-first setup and collaborate with global teams.
GOOD TO HAVE:
Any experience with Lottie (animation for web) would be a plus
Experience with B2B or SaaS product storytelling.
Knowledge of SEO best practices for video content.
Familiarity with tools like Figma Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator).
