Responsibilities of the Marketing Project Manager include:
- Act as the primary liaison between the Auto Product Strategy group and the Marketing team to ensure alignment on campaign goals timelines and deliverables.
- Oversee vendor relationships and strategic partnerships including contract negotiation and performance tracking to support marketing initiatives.
- Utilize Asana to manage project timelines assign tasks compile reports and ensure smooth of marketing workflows particularly in consumer banking and auto lending.
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams to interpret performance data using tools like Google Analytics providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Assist in project budgeting and resource planning to ensure efficient use of funds and alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications for the Marketing Project Manager include:
- 8-12 years of project management experience preferably within consumer banking with a strong understanding of workflows related to automobile lending products.
- Proven expertise in vendor and contract management including negotiating terms managing partnerships and ensuring compliance with organizational goals.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools especially Asana for task tracking workspace organization and reporting.
- Familiarity with digital marketing analytics including tools like Google Analytics to support data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams including marketing and product strategy stakeholders.
