Job Description
Hiring: W2 Candidates Only
Visa: Open to any visa type with valid work authorization in the USA
Level: Mid to Lead positions
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Developer with 6-12 years of experience in developing and integrating applications. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills with extensive experience in AWS services and the ability to develop and support data pipelines.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines with large data sets using AWS services such as AWS GLue Lambda Event Bridge Step functions SNS SQS S3
* Experience working with APIs and data extraction techniques
* Experience with Amazon ECS and ECR for containerization
* In-depth understanding of AWS IAM roles policies and cloud security principles
* Strong Python development skills including PySpark - Advanced SQL query writing and performance tuning for AWS Redshift and other industry leading RDMS such MS SQL Server Postgres
* Proficiency in CI/CD tools and methodologies
* Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred:
* Experience with agile methodologies
* Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts
* Familiarity with data visualization tools (AWS QuickSight Power BI or Spotfire)
