Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end and maintenance of solar power projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation hands-on site experience and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and delivery of solar projects ensuring on-time completion adherence to budget and compliance with quality standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teamsincluding clients contractors vendors and internal stakeholdersfor seamless project .
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate project documentation reports and updates for internal tracking and client communication.
Troubleshoot on-site challenges and implement timely effective solutions to prevent delays.
Enforce Health Safety and Environment (HSE) protocols across all project locations.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
34 years of relevant on-site experience in solar project and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of solar PV systems installation techniques and O&M best practices.
Excellent leadership coordination and organizational skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with project management tools/software is an added advantage.
