Requirements
Previous experience in inbound sales customer service or a similar customer-facing role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Comfortable using CRM systems and email communication platforms.
Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM.
Ability to work in person Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Flexible resilient and able to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
