This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- Mondays 10AM to 1PM Thursdays 1PM to 5PM and Fridays 10AM to 1PM Victoria AU Time (Note: Hours can go up to a maximum of 15 hours per week.)
Overview
We re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Admin Assistant to support our recruitment and onboarding processes. This role is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently across a few key tasks each week.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing resumes and screening candidate profiles
- Watching video interviews and coordinating in-person interview links
- Conducting reference checks and preparing welcome packs for new staff
- Assisting with compliance checks as required
- Supporting other admin-related tasks as needed
Requirements
- Previous admin or recruitment support experience preferred
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Comfortable working remotely and handling confidential information
- Able to commit to working Mondays Thursdays and Fridays
