Job Description
Our client is a well established Digital Entertainment/Content enabler company that is looking to hire a calibre Country Manager to lead the team and business into the next phase of growth.
Develop and manage the Philippines business to drive growth and expansion
Develop key business strategies to support payment systems channels and partnerships for our digital content providers
Drive the development and implementation of marketing plans to create brand awareness user acquisition and sales of digital content
Manage relationship with all key accounts with payment channels and partnership
Develop motivate and manage the different functions within the organization
Support and assist in navigating the compliance and regulatory standards related to payments
Identify and develop key personnel and provide the leadership and environment to enable staff to grow and develop
Develop a customer-focused environment
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business or Management or relevant field
A minimum of 5 years working experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior management role
Ability to converse in both spoken and written English
Strong interest in payments/ digital content and strategic marketer with entrepreneurial drive
Ability to lead a team and manage the country s operations
