Job Description
We are hiring professional chefs capable of preparing large-volume meals for the workforce at a project site in Mauritius.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare daily menus for 100 workers
- Supervise kitchen helpers
- Ensure food hygiene and safety standards
- Monitor inventory and kitchen supplies
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in bulk cooking or industrial kitchens
- Ability to manage a small kitchen team
- Knowledge of international and Indian cuisines
- Strong organizational and hygiene practices
