The Opportunity
Our Kiteleys business is looking for a Roofing Supervisor to join the team based in Cardiff. For more than 50 years the Kiteleys name has been synonymous in steel roofing. From its foundation in the Shoalhaven area in 1957 it has grown to serve clients ranging from individual homeowners to leading project home builders and industrial and commercial property developers throughout NSW.
Being in a Supervisor role with us youll be supporting and managing the day-to-day operations ensuring your team is focused on the delivery of exceptional performance. Youll ensure our business plan objectives and targets are continually met.
What Will You Do
As someone who is committed to the safety of their team and delivering on customer expectations you will be:
- leading and supervising a small team of Roof Plumbers Trades Assistants and Apprentices on allocated projects
- preparing quotes for client jobs with accurate assessment of material and labour needs
- participating in project handovers ensuring client expectations and key deliverables are achieved
- developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams sub-contractors
