Job Description
Applicants must be capable of providing excellent workmanship on a consistent basis. In addition we approach every job as a team. We all succeed together to meet the needs of our clients. Lead carpenters must be able to lead projects support their teams and provide on-the-job coaching and corrections for finish and apprentice carpenters.
$35 - $42 / Hour
Normal business hours are Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm with optional Saturdays. Overtime is available and encouraged!
Qualifications :
Experience in the following areas is required:
- Interior finishes (doors millwork crown molding cabinetry)
- Custom bathrooms
- Basement build-outs
- Framing: floors walls roofs stairs
- Exterior finishes: decks railings fascia soffits siding windows doors
Additional Certifications (must be in-hand or completed within 3 months of hire):
- OSHA 30 - required
- HIC - optional
- CSL - optional
- Thermatru Certification - required
- Hilti - optional
- Lead Paint - optional
