We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing Brand Ambassador to join our growing team in Raleigh NC. As a Brand Ambassador you will be the face of the brand responsible for representing products and services in a professional and enthusiastic manner. This role focuses on live engagement event representation and in-person marketing effortsnot on social media platforms.
Responsibilities
Represent the brand at events retail locations and community activations
Engage with potential customers to share product knowledge and key benefits
Distribute promotional materials and conduct product demonstrations
Support lead generation and customer acquisition goals
Maintain detailed records of daily activity and customer interactions
Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding consumer response and product insights
Uphold brand standards and ensure consistency in messaging
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Previous experience in brand representation sales retail or customer-facing roles preferred
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and flexible availability including weekends
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
