Signal Tru Brand is seeking a motivated and energetic Event Promotions Assistant to support the planning and execution of live promotional events. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments enjoys engaging with the public and is eager to grow within the events and branding industry.
Responsibilities
Assist in organizing setting up and executing promotional events across various locations
Represent client brands in a professional and engaging manner during in-person campaigns
Support event logistics including materials preparation event layout and coordination with vendors and partners
Interact with potential customers to provide product information answer questions and encourage participation
Track event performance metrics and provide post-event feedback to the marketing team
Maintain brand standards and ensure consistent messaging throughout events
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred
Previous experience in promotions events or customer-facing roles is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and occasional travel
