Job Description
Are you a seasoned creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment Do you excel at juggling multiple projects and keeping teams aligned If so this role is for you! As the Producer Creative Operations you will be the glue that holds our creative process together ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery. Youll be working at the forefront of AI-driven innovation collaborating with top talent to create impactful content.
Location: Hybrid in San Francisco also open to LA (work in-person with the team when needed)
Job Type: Contract (1 year)
Working Hours: 40 hours/week
Compensation: $3200 - $3600/week (Will vary based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan coordinate and oversee creative projects across social video and digital formats.
- Manage schedules workflows and resources to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate closely with creative leads designers writers video editors and external partners.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between teams and stakeholders.
- Track project budgets timelines and deliverables flagging risks and solving issues proactively.
- Ensure quality control and consistency across all outputs.
- Support experimentation and rapid iteration balancing speed with detail.
- Help implement new processes and tools to improve production efficiency.
- Assist in briefing and guiding freelancers vendors or external agencies when needed.
Qualifications :
- 10 years of experience managing creative projects preferably in agency or in-house marketing/production teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving collaborative environment.
- Experience with project management tools (Asana Jira or similar).
- Understanding of creative workflows including design video copywriting and AI-powered tools.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to manage competing priorities calmly.
