The Opportunity
We are looking for a Temporary Customer Fulfilment Analyst Local Items for 9 months to support the production of local items within several EMEA markets. This position is based in our Mattel Amstelveen office and reports into the Manager EMEA Local Items. The position is part of a team of four managing the Local Items across EMEA ensuring a timely availability of component items and production of displays and bundles. This role will work closely together with Marketing other Supply Chain departments and Logistics.
What Your Impact Will Be:
Coordinate the production of Local Items (displays bundles) to ensure these are available on time and in full to be shipped to customers
Track all rework components 3 months before on stock date (items cardboard instructions planograms labels pallets etc) to ensure these are available on time to start production
Ensure that the rework procedures and timelines are respected by all parties in the process
Maintain Local Item data in the LI master file for rework tracking and planning
Weekly meeting to align on Local Item requirements with Commercial Sales and Marketing and reprioritize when needed
Update and communicate weekly Local Item production plans with Logistics and Local Customer Fulfilment
Weekly meeting with Logistics to align on production plan
Weekly meeting with Local Inventory Analyst and Customer Fulfilment on stock availability and open orders for Local Items
Setting / updating reservations to ensure availability for Local Item production
Creation of In-transits for the component receipts
Accurate and timely processing of Pack Requests
Issue resolution and prevention
Clean-up left over components at the end of the project or quarterly
Provide input on potential cost savings
Provide input on potential process improvement
