Job Description
We are looking for an Engineering Team Lead to join our core AI Services Team. The project focuses on developing and delivering advanced AI-driven solutions combining strong technical execution with team leadership. This role is split between hands-on engineering and team management: approximately 50% of the time will be dedicated to technical work (architecture design coding code reviews troubleshooting complex issues) and 50% will be dedicated to managing a team of 6-10 engineers. Management responsibilities include task planning mentoring conducting one-on-one meetings performance management and supporting the professional growth of team members. Additionally the role includes involvement in hiring and onboarding new team members.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in engineering leadership roles.
Strong technical expertise in software development with solid proficiency in Python and Machine Learning technologies.
Demonstrated ability to lead mentor and develop high-performing engineering teams.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
Excellent organizational skills to balance technical contributions and managerial responsibilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
