We are seeking an experienced and agile-minded DPL to contribute to the success of the Business Insights team at Retail Operation Solutions and Support (ROSS). This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our digital product ensuring we meet the highest standards of innovation and efficiency. You will drive the product vision strategy and roadmap working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value that resonate with both our business and our customers. This is a key leadership position where your expertise will directly influence the success of our digital product.

Qualifications and Skills:
Proven Leadership: At least 5 years in a senior DPL/Product Owner or Product Management role with a strong background in leading cross-functional teams to successful outcomes.
Strategic Vision: Ability to craft and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy with a focus on long-term impact and sustainability.
Proficient in Power BI and MS Fabrics and with a good understanding in data platforms data management and data governance.
Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Fluency in English is essential.
Product Management consider and act on viability feasibility usability and value.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the product vision and strategy ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.
Product Discovery & Development: Lead continuous product discovery efforts prioritizing features and enhancements that deliver maximum value to our customers and business.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with senior stakeholders across IKEA franchisees and external partners to gather insights identify synergies and align product strategies.
Decision-Making & Optimization: Analyse complex requirements make informed and data driven decisions and implement optimized processes that enhance product delivery and operational efficiency.
Agile Champion: Foster a culture of innovation agility and continuous improvement within the team ensuring best practices are followed.
About Us
Retail Operation Solutions & Support is an integral part of Inter IKEA Core Business Retail Concept Operations and consists of a department of people with a passion for retail and competence in business and technology. We offer and manage a digital service for IKEA Retailers that enables consistent experience throughout all markets and channels for customers and co-workers. We deliver digital capabilities for retail operations to manage range sales customer engagement food operations finance and business intelligence.
Additional Information :
This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) located in Malm Sweden or Delft Netherlands. You will report to the Product Manager in Inter IKEA Core Retail Concept Operations - Retail Operation Solutions & Support.
