About The Position
The Regional Operations Associate provides essential administrative and logistical support to drive efficient operations across KIPPs regions. Reporting to the Manager of Executive Administration this role focuses on managing calendars coordinating meetings and travel organizing materials and maintaining accurate records that support day-to-day regional functioning.
As a member of the Office of the President (OOP) Team the Regional Operations Associate plays a vital behind-the-scenes role in ensuring smooth administrative operations that enable effective planning and execution. While the core of this role is administrative in nature the associate will also offer light support on targeted projects and regional initiatives helping to keep systems organized and timelines on track. This role requires strong attention to detail proactive organization and a service-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
The Regional Operations Associate will provide essential administrative and logistical support to regional leadership ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day operations. This role focuses on managing calendars coordinating meetings organizing materials and maintaining accurate records. In addition to core administrative responsibilities the associate will offer light support on targeted projects and regional initiatives helping to track progress and maintain organized systems as needed.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized detail-oriented and proactive in ensuring that regional operations and programmatic coordination efforts are executed efficiently and effectively.

Experience and Qualifications
Bachelors degree required
3 - 5 years of work experience and an interest in education and development/fundraising

Knowledge of or interest in working with data management systems
Ability to manage the ambiguity and multiple priorities inherent in an entrepreneurial environment

Location
It is preferred but not mandatory for this role to be based out of a KIPP Foundation office. This role has the option of working from a remote office full-time. KIPP Foundation offices are in NYC and Chicago.
Compensation and Benefits
In compliance with local law we are disclosing the compensation or a range thereof for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including but not limited to external market data internal equity and relevant experience. The salary range for this position is $65000-$79000. In addition KIPP Foundation provides a variety of benefits to employees including:
25 holidays for 18 days additional flexible PTO days (flexible PTO increases to 23 days for years 3 and 4 and to 28 days for years 5).
