Job Description

For our new office in Cairo we are looking for highly driven Financial Controllers who want to make a real impact in a fast-paced purpose-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate financial data between business teams and internal/external accounting departments to ensure accurate books in line with local GAAP and internal controls.
- Assist in analyzing financial performance and identifying discrepancies to improve reporting accuracy.
- Support the development and automation of Excel- and SQL-based tools for cost allocation management reporting and tracking of leasing and loan portfolios.
- Collaborate with accounting teams to improve financial postings and maintain process documentation.
- Prepare training materials and assist finance and business stakeholders in using reporting tools effectively.
- Apply basic knowledge of accounting standards in day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or Business Administration (top 10% academic performance preferred).
- 12 years of experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable or General Ledger Controlling.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (e.g. pivot tables formulas); basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction.
- Proactive detail-oriented and eager to learn new tools and systems.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal.
