What Youll Be Doing
Manage a varied caseload and deliver high-quality timely speech pathology services
Support participants in schools homes and community settings
Use clinical observations and standardised assessments to tailor treatment goals
Deliver evidence-based interventions that help participants achieve greater independence
Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team
Mentor and support early career clinicians (for senior clinicians)
Stay current with NDIS guidelines to ensure best practice and compliance
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
Current Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
Post-graduate experience (or keen new grads ready to learn!)
Strong time management and organisational skills
A proactive can-do attitude with a desire to innovate and improve
Passion for working in the disability sector
Team player looking to contribute to a fun supportive and purpose-driven environment
