Your Role Will Include:
Managing a caseload and delivering therapy services in a timely impactful way
Supporting participants across settingshome school and the broader community
Using clinical observations and standardised assessments to inform therapy goals
Delivering evidence-based interventions that improve quality of life
Collaborating with a supportive multi-disciplinary team
Mentoring junior clinicians (for experienced therapists)
Ensuring compliance with current NDIS requirements
What Were Looking For:
Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
Post-graduate experience as a Speech Pathologist
Strong organisational and time management skills
A proactive growth-oriented mindset
A fun team-first approach to work
A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
