Your Responsibilities
Manage your allocated caseload and deliver timely quality therapeutic services
Provide essential speech pathology support to participants in schools homes and the community
Use clinical observations and standardised assessments to develop individualised treatment goals
Deliver evidence-based interventions that help participants improve their quality of life
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team
Mentor graduates and early career clinicians (for senior therapists)
Stay up to date with current NDIS legislation and ensure compliance
What Were Looking For
Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia
Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation
Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle a varied caseload
A proactive and motivated approach eager to learn and innovate
Someone who thrives in a fun collaborative and supportive work environment
