Your Responsibilities

  • Manage your allocated caseload and deliver timely quality therapeutic services

  • Provide essential speech pathology support to participants in schools homes and the community

  • Use clinical observations and standardised assessments to develop individualised treatment goals

  • Deliver evidence-based interventions that help participants improve their quality of life

  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team

  • Mentor graduates and early career clinicians (for senior therapists)

  • Stay up to date with current NDIS legislation and ensure compliance

 

What Were Looking For

  • Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia

  • Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle a varied caseload

  • A proactive and motivated approach eager to learn and innovate

  • Someone who thrives in a fun collaborative and supportive work environment
