Job Description
At Restaurant Horizon located on the top floor of Mvenpick Brussels Airport we offer more than drinks we create memorable moments. As our Bartender youll be the face behind the bar crafting high-quality beverages and delivering warm attentive service with style.
Your responsibilities:
Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and guest preferences
Maintain a clean organized and fully stocked bar
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
Upsell beverages and suggest pairings to enhance the dining experience
Ensure compliance with hygiene safety and alcohol regulations
Collaborate with restaurant and kitchen teams for smooth service
Monitor inventory and assist with orders when needed
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a bartender in a hotel restaurant or cocktail bar is a plus
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails spirits and bar techniques
Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
Positive attitude team player and excellent communication skills
Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus
Barista skills or wine knowledge are nice to have
