As a Receptionist you are the first point of contact for our guests. You will play a key role in delivering a warm professional and efficient welcome and departure experience. Your goal is to ensure every guest feels valued and well taken care of from check-in to check-out reflecting the standards and values of Mvenpick Hotels and Resorts.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferably in hospitality
- Proficiency in English Dutch and French
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Familiarity with hotel management software (Opera Cloud) is a plus
- Flexibility to work in shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
