Tenengroup a leading E-commerce company seeks a Site Operations Lead to be in charge of task allocation defining responsibilities ensuring optimized processes meeting deadlines and performing needful actions successfully.
Site Operations Lead should lead a high-quality team that backs up each other contains stable knowledge and is flexible to dynamic changes.
This might be your most exciting and challenging professional time being at the center of the action where your actions and decisions deeply impact the companys day-to-day and long-term business.
Responsibilities:
As Site Operations Team Leader you will be in charge of:
- Manage orders flow from sites to factory volume due dates priority allocation
- Coordination between main business units real time operational impact during high season. Factory Sales - Customer service
- Manage Customer ETA expectations when will my package arrive
- Manage shipping offering ETA gaps pricing messaging available options
- Manage shipping offering testing setup and control
- Manage cross site elements messaging and settings based on ETA during high season
- Manage QA team member responsible for QA of processes above
- E-commerce Operations Department is looking for Site Operations Lead.
