Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate details updating spreadsheets and entering data into databases.
- Handle calls emails and correspondence efficiently.
- Supporting with expense report preparation payment processing and invoicing.
- Assisting with project administration which includes data collection report preparation and schedule management.
- Interacting with employees clients and vendors among other internal and external stakeholders.
- Supervisors may assign ad hoc projects or duties.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- No experience required. Training is provided.
Additional Information:
- Near Tanjong Pagar MRT
- 5 days work week
