Job Description
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Enfield to assist with the appointment of an Estate Enhancement Project Operative on a 2-month contract likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: 18.70 - 23.80 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Deliver enhancement projects such as creating boxed planters painting pressure washing and window cleaning
- Carry out gutter and basic grounds maintenance
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard
- Maintain a tidy safe working area and handle equipment responsibly
- Engage with residents in a professional and respectful manner
Requirements:
- Proficient in carpentry painting and general property maintenance
- Experience using pressure washers and cleaning tools
- Basic understanding of grounds and building upkeep
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage workload effectively
Please note:
- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
- You should have right to work in U.K
- This role requires a Basic DBS
