Job Description

Encargada de Recursos Humanos
Santo Domingo Repblica Dominicana
Salario: RD$100000 mensuales

Profesional responsable de liderar y ejecutar todos los subsistemas de gestin humana incluyendo reclutamiento y seleccin induccin capacitacin y desarrollo nmina compensacin y beneficios relaciones laborales evaluacin del desempeo y clima organizacional.

Coordina polticas internas alineadas a los objetivos estratgicos de la empresa asegurando el cumplimiento de las normativas laborales y fomentando un ambiente laboral positivo productivo y tico.

Funciones clave:

  • Gestin integral del proceso de seleccin de personal.

  • Diseo e implementacin de planes de capacitacin y desarrollo.

  • Administracin de la nmina TSS y reportes a entidades regulatorias (DGT DGII).

  • Evaluacin del desempeo por competencias.

  • Mantenimiento del clima organizacional y resolucin de conflictos.

  • Coordinacin de programas de bienestar y beneficios.

  • Apoyo en procesos disciplinarios y cumplimiento de polticas internas.

Professional responsible for leading and executing all HR subsystems including recruitment and selection onboarding training and development payroll compensation and benefits labor relations performance evaluation and organizational climate management.

Oversees internal policies aligned with the companys strategic goals ensuring compliance with labor regulations while fostering a positive productive and ethical work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.

  • Design and execution of training and development programs.

  • Payroll administration and compliance with local tax and labor entities.

  • Performance management based on competencies.

  • Maintenance of organizational climate and conflict resolution.

  • Coordination of employee wellness and benefits programs.

  • Support in disciplinary actions and internal policy compliance.
