Role Overview
Were looking for a proactive meticulous and compassionate Client Relations Specialist with native Slovenian language skills to join our crucial team in Sofia. This position is entirely on-site designed to foster strong team synergy and a lively office environment. As a Client Relations Specialist youll be the main point of contact for Slovenian-speaking customers offering expert assistance via various channels including phone email and chat. Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:
- Deliver professional polite and efficient support to Slovenian-speaking customers through inbound phone calls emails and live chat.
- Handle a wide array of customer questions which might include product information guidance on usage loyalty program specifics and general help.
- Actively listen to customer needs identify their concerns and offer accurate personalized solutions.

Resolving Issues & Technical Support:

- Accurately and thoroughly record all customer interactions within the CRM system keeping detailed records.
Product Knowledge & Brand Representation:
- Gain a deep understanding of our clients consumer goods services and brand policies.
- Stay consistently updated on new product launches features promotions and industry trends to provide precise and current information.
- Serve as a true brand advocate ensuring every customer interaction strengthens a positive brand image and builds trust.
- Provide responsible and compliant information in line with brand guidelines and local regulations.
Teamwork & Continuous Improvement:
- Work effectively with team members supervisors and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and consistent quality.
- Actively participate in training sessions team meetings and calibration exercises to enhance skills deepen product knowledge and ensure alignment with service standards.

Who Were Looking For
Language Skills:
- Slovenian: Fluent/Native (C2 level) this is absolutely crucial for effective communication with our Slovenian-speaking customers.
- English: Proficient (at least B2 level) necessary for internal communication training system navigation and collaborating with international teams.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Slovenian and English with a strong ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
