Requirements
Primary Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative you will be a part of a great team and all together will:
- Listen and respond to customers queries by phone and email
- Provide accurate valid and complete information to the clients requests
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
Requirements
- Native/ fluent level Danish
- Good understanding of English (B2);
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to build trust with the customers;
Bonus Skills
- Good troubleshooting skills and analytical thinking;
- Good communication skills
