Job Title: Junior FP&A Analyst
Location: Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 3000 USD
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

About the Company:
Sagan represents a growing US-based service provider seeking an analytical and detail-oriented junior hire to support its financial operations team. The company offers a collaborative and fast-paced environment with an emphasis on clean data structured reporting and operational clarity.
Position Overview:
The Junior FP&A Analyst will work closely with a Senior Analyst to organize and prepare financial data for internal reporting and analysis. This is a hybrid role that blends data processing financial structuring and light accounting knowledge. The right candidate will be curious detail-oriented and eager to support financial modeling and integration work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean organize and input financial data from multiple systems.
- Assist in building and updating financial reports and models.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve data gaps or inconsistencies.
- Prepare summaries and insights for senior analysts and leadership.
- Maintain templates and financial tools in Excel.
- Support projects related to financial due diligence and post-merger integration.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of finance or accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with structured templates.
- Fluent English; clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve data challenges.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with financial due diligence or integration projects
- Background in FP&A financial modeling or financial reporting
- Familiarity with Sage Intacct (not required-training provided)
