Job Description:
A Data Entry Analyst at the entry level is in charge of correctly entering updating and maintaining data in company databases and systems. This position entails processing sensitive information and maintaining data integrity.
Job Purpose:
The major goal of this position is to assist the business by ensuring that all data is accurately documented and readily available for analysis and decision-making processes.
Responsibilities:
- Enter data into databases with great precision and speed.
- Verify and correct data as necessary.
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Generate reports from data as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure data requirements are fulfilled.
Requirements:
- High school graduation or equivalent with some college experience desired.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
- Demonstrated ability to operate both alone and collaboratively.
- A basic awareness of data privacy rules.
