Job Description

Are you a recent engineering graduate or early-career engineer ready to jumpstart your career in a high-impact manufacturing environment Were hiring a Process Engineer to support continuous improvement and new product launches in a fast-paced precision-driven automotive facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage new product launches and process improvement projects.
  • Monitor and optimize production metrics such as cycle times scrap rates efficiency and equipment utilization.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing Quality and R&D teams to ensure high-quality cost-effective production.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and apply problem-solving tools (flowcharts fishbone diagrams etc.).
  • Analyze data using statistical quality control and present findings through reports graphs and charts.
  • Recommend and implement design improvements equipment upgrades and process modifications.
  • Develop and maintain documentation including FMEA procedures technical reports and process flow diagrams.
  • Support compliance with safety environmental and quality standards.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Manufacturing Industrial or related field)

Experience:

  • Entry-level recent graduates are encouraged to apply!

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of CNC programming and PLC programming/nomenclature

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word and AutoCAD

  • Familiarity with FMEA SPC and close-tolerance measurement tools

  • Ability to read and interpret technical part drawings

  • Understanding of hydraulic pneumatic and lubrication systems and Special equipment like CBN grinding and chip handling systems
