Are you a recent engineering graduate or early-career engineer ready to jumpstart your career in a high-impact manufacturing environment Were hiring a Process Engineer to support continuous improvement and new product launches in a fast-paced precision-driven automotive facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage new product launches and process improvement projects.
- Monitor and optimize production metrics such as cycle times scrap rates efficiency and equipment utilization.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Quality and R&D teams to ensure high-quality cost-effective production.
- Conduct root cause analysis and apply problem-solving tools (flowcharts fishbone diagrams etc.).
- Analyze data using statistical quality control and present findings through reports graphs and charts.
- Recommend and implement design improvements equipment upgrades and process modifications.
- Develop and maintain documentation including FMEA procedures technical reports and process flow diagrams.
- Support compliance with safety environmental and quality standards.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Manufacturing Industrial or related field)
Experience:

Entry-level recent graduates are encouraged to apply!
Technical Skills:

Knowledge of CNC programming and PLC programming/nomenclature

Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word and AutoCAD

Familiarity with FMEA SPC and close-tolerance measurement tools

Ability to read and interpret technical part drawings
- Understanding of hydraulic pneumatic and lubrication systems and Special equipment like CBN grinding and chip handling systems
