Job Description
MEP Designer
Location: Phnom Penh
Salary: $1200-$2500 Per month (subject to experience)
Start: immediate
Our client a leader in residential and commercial property development in Phnom Penh is seeking a skilled MEP Designer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing mechanical electrical plumbing and ELV systems for a variety of residential and commercial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and draft MEP systems (HVAC plumbing electrical and fire protection) for residential and commercial buildings.
- Collaborate with architects engineers and other construction professionals to ensure coordinated and efficient designs.
- Produce detailed drawings specifications and documentation using AutoCAD Revit or other relevant design software.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes standards and project requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in MEP design for both residential and/or commercial properties.
- Experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit and other MEP design software.
- Strong understanding of building codes and standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
