Job Description

Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1800 USD/month (OTE)

Work Schedule:
Monday / Thursday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)
Tuesday / Wednesday 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)
Friday 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM (EST)
Saturday / Sunday as needed for new leads from paid ads (respond within 1 hour of opt-in)

Position Overview:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a key role in turning inbound and paid advertising leads into scheduled evaluations for a physical therapy clinic. This is a front-line sales and appointment-setting role that requires fast response times confident communication and a strong ability to build rapport with prospective clients. Bilingual Spanish skills availability for extended weekday hours and weekend responsiveness and comfort in a high-volume call environment (250300 calls/day) are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to new inbound leads within 5 minutes of opt-in from paid ads (Google & Meta).
  • Conduct 10-15 minute discovery calls to qualify leads and educate them on services.
  • Implement a structured follow-up strategy:
    >> 3x/day for the first 3 days.
    >> 2x/day for the next 2 days.
  • Address objections and explain the cash-pay pricing model effectively.
  • Convert qualified leads into booked physical therapy evaluations.
  • Track all communications in the clinics CRM and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate promptly with the internal team via Slack (5-minute response time expected).
  • Manage outreach via phone and email channels efficiently.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Daily Outbound Calls: 250-300 calls.
  • Weekly Evaluations Booked: 10-15.
  • Monthly Lead Conversion Rate: 30%.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in high-volume outbound call roles.
  • Sales or appointment-setting background ideally with objection handling.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Strong verbal communication and emotional intelligence.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems Slack and Google Sheets.
  • Highly responsive and dependable in a fast-paced setting.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Background in physical therapy health or fitness industries.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare or wellness sales environment.
  • Familiarity with cash-pay healthcare models.
