Learn more about Nissans future here: are currently looking for a Corporate Training and Customer Care Intern to join our team at 5290 Orbitor Dr Mississauga ON L4W 4Z5.
A Day in the Life:
Training:
Work in collaboration with the team to support a multitude of programs for Sales Service and Technical Training.
Tasks include monthly reporting (NBEST/IBESST/NSERV/ISERV) coordinate production and distribution of training materials maintain training inventory reporting/documentation for training meetings programs and other initiatives.
Assist with preparing and posting of communications when necessary and assisting in ad hoc tasks as .
Enhance/perfect your knowledge of excel by supporting the Training Team as well as the Customer Care Center with monthly reporting and PPT presentation enhancements.
Customer Care:
Work in collaboration with the CCC & CS team to supportprograms for Contact Centres
Enhance vendor and project management skills by supporting the Roadside Assistance Program in conjunction with Manager
Tasks include weekly monthly and quarterly reporting; coordinatePowerPointpresentation materials updatingSalesforceDashboards reporting/documentation formeetings programs and other initiatives.
Assist with preparing and posting of communications to agents in Salesforce when necessary and assisting in ad hoc tasks as .
Create and Maintain agentfacing content for Nissan and INFINITI products processes and programs to simplify agents ability to address questions on the first call.
Regularly audit knowledge base and workflows to ensure continued relevancy
Skills advanced excel Salesforce CRM and Power point.
Who Were Looking for:
Written and verbal fluency in English is as asset
Logical approach to problem-solving and multitasking with strong attention to detail
Experience in copy editing/content management
Competent in Excel and Power Point
Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in developing and evolving our knowledge management strategy
