Role Purpose:
As a Junior Negotiator your objective is to handle Real Estate transactions from the prospection to the final signature of contracts. To fulfil this goal you will gain in-depth knowledge of the Real Estate Markets and develop a true passion for this sector. You will report to and be closely coached by the Partner who is in charge of the Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will proactively call and visit prospective clients in order to identify potential new transactions
- You will accompany tenants in their search for new store locations
- You will gain understanding of our commercial and marketing strategy
- You will work closely with the team in order to gain in-depth knowledge of existing clients
- You will execute and follow up on existing mandates
- You will help prepare client presentations pitches and other documents
- You will help update internal databases with collected data.
Knowledge & Experience:
- You have a degree in Real Estate Commercial Engineering Economy or Law and 1-2 years experience in a corporate environment
- You have a strong interest in the Real Estate Markets
- You enjoy building professional relationships internally as well as externally
- You consider yourself to be a completer/finisher and you have strong attention to detail
- You are perseverant resilient and stress resistant
- You are a proactive and enthusiastic team player but also able to work independently
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- You have excellent organisational skills including the ability to multi-task and prioritise efficiently
- You have good written and verbal communication skills in English French and Dutch
- Above all you have a positive and friendly personality.
