Salary
Base Salary: $60004.41 - $69478.79/annually
The expected compensation range for this position represents a good faith estimate for this position and the specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including but not limited to the candidates relevant knowledge training skills work location experience and/or FTE.

About Us

Canvas Healths mental health and substance use disorder providers clinicians and staff bring their diverse lived experience to help inform and guide the care they provide to clients. Our integrated programs and services offer coordinated care to people of all ages in their homes the community and in our clinics. We strive for excellence in clinical care as we serve those living with mental illness substance use disorders crisis unstable housing and trauma. Canvas Health is a non-profit Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid.
Position Summary
This position will perform case management functions to assist severely emotionally disturbed children and their families gain access to needed medical social educational vocational financial and/or other necessary services as they relate to the childs mental health needs. This position acts as a placing agent for Washington County for children needing out of home placement for their mental health. This position is collaborative in nature and requires working closely and being sensitive to relationships with local schools Social Services Court Services private providers outside resources and internal programs at Canvas Health.
Location
Hybrid - Washington County/Oakdale
Schedule
Monday through Friday 40 hours per week
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or higher in the human services or social work field
- 2000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of clinical services in the treatment of emotionally disturbed children and/or adolescents.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of local social and human service network.
- Experience with Electronic Health Record systems
