YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

The Materials Tracking Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the efficient management documentation and tracking of materials used in operations and construction projects. This role ensures accurate record keeping Timely data entry and effective communication between teams.

WHAT YOULL DO:

  • Maintain detailed logs and tracking systems for incoming and outgoing materials

  • Prepare and update material status reports spreadsheets and tracking documents

  • Use ERP or inventory management software to update records and generate reports

  • File and organize material certificates packing slips and other documentation for compliance and audit purposes

  • Support project managers and field staff with materials-rated administrative needs

  • The duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing and other duties will be assigned based on the positions role within the business unit.

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:

  • Associate degree in Business Administration or related discipline

  • Minimum 2 years experience in office administrative work

  • Can be a combination of education training and relevant experience

WHAT YOULL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Computer filing and 10-key skills attention to detail is necessary; strong analytical skills favored

  • Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel etc.); Oracle preferred

  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks changing priorities as necessary

  • Work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude

  • Oral and written communication skills as for the position

  • Self-motivated proactive and an effective team player

  • Interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees both management and staff alike vendors clients and others

TRAVEL:

  • 0 %

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • General work environment sitting for extended periods standing walking typing carrying pushing bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.

  • Noise level is typically low to medium.

  • Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
